Control Resources has combined several incredible products into incredible roller screw linear actuator packages.

The Exlar I20, I30 and I40 actuators offer superior roller screw technology, many mounting options and high output force...which makes this product an all-electric linear motion product applicable to thousands of applications where hydraulics were the only previous choice.

Exar's standard capacity inverted roller screw provides up to five times the travel life of ball screw actuators.

Motor/Control Units

The Cool Muscle CM2 completely integrated system of motor, controller, power supply, encoder and PLC is as close to "plug-in and go" as it gets. When combined with an Exlar I20 actuator, you can achieve forces ranging from 122 lbs. to 485 lbs. in stroke lengths from 2" to 12".

Lenze's PositionServo drivers combined with selected motors provides incredible power and versatility. From basic torque control to full programmability, you choose your level of control.

The PositionServo can perform along with the most high-level motion controllers, but with a simple-to-use interface and clean Ethernet connection.

Our Exlar/Lenze actuator packages can provide thrust 122 lbs. to 3966 lbs., and in stroke lengths from 2" to 18".
